Private Pay:
Choosing private-pay gives you flexibility and continuity of care without the limitations that insurance imposes on things like frequency, duration, and focus of treatment. Private-pay sessions allow us to: work at the pace that’s right for you, focus deeply on your goals, build skills that last beyond the therapy, and avoid unnecessary constraints on session content. If you have out-of-network benefits, many clients choose private-pay and then seek reimbursement from their insurance provider.
Individual Virtual Therapy Sessions (PA)
Individual therapy sessions are offered via secure telehealth to clients located in Pennsylvania. Sessions support anxiety, attentional concerns (including ADHD), life transitions, and the development of sustainable self-care through a thoughtful, collaborative approach.
Balance by Design Session
This extended, one-time session is for individuals seeking clarity and support during periods of overwhelm or imbalance. Over 80 minutes, we’ll explore what’s driving your stress and collaboratively create a personalized self-care plan. You’ll receive a written summary and practical next steps after our session. Private Pay only.
Life Balance Coaching
Life Balance Coaching is a non-therapeutic service for individuals seeking support with stress, life transitions, and sustainable self-care. Coaching focuses on education, reflection, and practical strategies to help you clarify goals, strengthen routines, and create more balance in daily life. This service is available to clients both within and outside of Pennsylvania and does not include psychotherapy or mental health treatment. Private Pay only.
Comprehensive Child/Adolescent ADHD Evaluation (PA)
This comprehensive evaluation is designed to assess attentional and executive functioning concerns in children and adolescents. The process includes a thorough clinical interview, standardized rating scales, and careful review of developmental, academic, and behavioral history, resulting in clear diagnostic impressions and practical recommendations for home, school, and next steps. Private Pay only.
